Turning Your Photos into Timeless Video Keepsakes
At Memories in Motion, we’ve made the process simple, thoughtful, and stress-free. From the moment you reach out to the final delivery of your keepsake, every step is handled with care and attention to detail.
STEP 1: Submit Your Information
Begin by completing our short order form. This helps us understand your needs and the story you’d like to tell.
You’ll be asked to provide:
Your contact information
The type of video you’re creating (memorial, celebration of life, birthday, milestone, fur babies etc.)
Any special notes, tone preferences, or details you’d like us to know
Once submitted, you’ll receive confirmation and clear instructions on the next steps.
STEP 2: Upload Your Photos
After submitting your information, you’ll be guided on how to upload your photos.
What to know:
You may submit / upload digitized photos as per your requested package amount
Photo Pickup Option- If your photos are not digitized, we’re happy to arrange pick up of the physical photos. All photos are handled with the upmost care and returned safely after they’ve been digitized. ($ 20.00 flat fee)
High-quality images work best
Screenshots or blurry images may affect final quality
Take your time choosing photos that best tell your story. Chronological order is helpful but not required — we can handle the sequencing for you.
STEP 3: We Create Your Video
Once your photos are received, we begin crafting your custom video keepsake.
Each Memories in Motion video includes:
Careful photo selection and sequencing
Smooth transitions and professional pacing
Music chosen to match the tone and emotion of your story ( you may choose music as well)
Thoughtful editing to honor your memories
Every video is created with respect, care, and intention — especially for memorials and celebrations of life.
STEP 4: Review & Final Touches
If we have any questions or need clarification while creating your video, we’ll reach out to ensure everything feels just right.
Our goal is to deliver a keepsake that reflects your vision and honors your memories beautifully.
STEP 5: Receive Your Keepsake
Once your video is complete, it is carefully prepared and delivered to you on one USB keepsake.
Option 1: Local Pickup (Calgary Only)
Pick up your USB in person at an agreed-upon- location in Calgary
Option 2: USB Delivered by Mail- $Fee
Your USB will be carefully packaged and mailed to your address.
Shipping includes protective packaging and standard delivery.
Your USB is:

Compatible with most TVs and computers
Perfect for long-term keeping and safekeeping
